Crashes a lot

The app crashes a lot both on ipad and iphone. And it even doesnt supports airplay to TV via S-Cable. Contacted customer support and got a reply after i emailedtwice. The rep put blame on my email that the spuul email might have got spammed which was a lie. Very unprofessional reply
